Terms of Sale & End User License Agreement

1. Contracting Parties
These Terms of Sale and License Agreement govern the purchase and use of software products from Usefulware (usefulware.store), operated by Longshort Labs Pvt Ltd (India) and Longshort Labs SARL (Morocco).
2. Perpetual License Grant & 3-Device Allowance
Upon payment of the one-time purchase price (US\$5.00), Usefulware grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and execute the software on up to a maximum of three (3) individual devices owned or controlled by you.
3. Offline-First Operation
Usefulware software products are designed to operate offline. Following a one-time cryptographic activation against our licensing system, the desktop software executes entirely on your local hardware without requiring ongoing cloud connectivity.
4. No Recurring Subscriptions
Your purchase is perpetual for the purchased major version branch (e.g. v1.x). There are no recurring monthly or annual subscription fees. Bug fixes and minor maintenance updates are provided at no additional cost.
5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer an unconditional 30-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with the software for any reason within 30 days of purchase, you may request a 100% refund by contacting support@usefulware.store.
